We'd rather fix a problem than argue about it. If something's wrong with your order, tell us β€” here's exactly how we handle it.

Counter & pickup orders

If your order is wrong, missing items, or just not right, call us at (747) 377-0707 or come back to the counter the same day. We'll remake it on the spot or refund the affected items to your original payment method β€” your choice.

For issues you notice after leaving, reach out within 24 hours with your receipt or order details and we'll make it right. Refunds to cards typically post back within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Delivery app orders

Orders placed through DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub are paid to the platform, so refunds for those orders go through the app's own support flow β€” open the order in the app and report the issue there. The platforms handle missing items, cold food and delivery problems directly.

If the app gives you a hard time about something that was genuinely our mistake, call us. We can't refund the app's charge ourselves, but we'll make it up to you on your next visit.

Catering deposits & cancellations

Plans change β€” we get it. Cancel 7 or more days before your event for a full refund of your deposit. Cancel between 3 and 7 days out and we refund 50%, since we've already planned and purchased against your headcount.

Inside 72 hours we can't refund the deposit β€” food has been bought and prep has started β€” but we'll happily apply it as credit toward a rescheduled date within 6 months. Headcount reductions up to 48 hours before the event are adjusted on the final invoice.

Questions, answered

Do I need a receipt for a refund?+

It helps a lot β€” a receipt, order confirmation, or the card you paid with lets us find the order fast. No receipt? Call us anyway and we'll do our best.

Can I get a refund on a delivery app order directly from you?+

No β€” the platform holds your payment, so refunds for DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub orders must go through the app. Report the issue inside the app on that order.

What if my catering headcount drops last minute?+

Tell us as soon as you know. Up to 48 hours before the event we adjust the final invoice to the new headcount; inside 48 hours we've already purchased and prepped, so the confirmed count applies.
