Our spits are stacked and carved fresh every day at the shop on East Colorado, so what shows up in your break room is chicken and beef shawarma sliced hours — not days — before the meeting, with warm pita, hummus, pickles, and our house toum garlic sauce that turns first-timers into regulars.

We feed offices from the Glendale brand corridor to the Burbank media district, and the format flexes to how your team eats. A buffet-style tray line works for all-hands lunches and Friday wind-downs. For meetings where people grab food and get back to their desks, individually boxed meals are the smarter play — each box a complete plate with shawarma, rice or fries, salad, pita, and sauce, labeled so the vegetarians and the beef-only people both grab the right one without opening six lids.

Recurring Lunch Programs

Plenty of our office clients started with one order and ended up on a schedule. If your company does weekly team lunches, a standing catering day, or a monthly all-hands, we'll set up a recurring program: same delivery window each time, a rotating menu so nobody gets bored, and headcounts you can adjust by a quick text or email a day ahead.

Recurring clients get one point of contact and zero re-explaining. We learn your building, your loading situation, which conference room the food goes to, and who signs for it. By week three, delivery is invisible — the food just appears, hot, at noon.

Invoicing, Lead Times, and the Practical Stuff

We know corporate food has paperwork attached. We invoice businesses directly — net terms available for recurring accounts — and every order comes with an itemized receipt that survives an expense report. If you need a W-9 on file before the first order, say so and it'll be in your inbox the same day.

Lead time for office orders is 24 to 48 hours. Forty-eight gives us room to slot your preferred window on a busy day; twenty-four is almost always fine for standard headcounts. And because we're a working shop open 11 AM to 2 AM daily, late-shift teams and odd-hour deliveries are genuinely on the table — dinner for the crew closing out a deadline at 9 PM is just another order to us.
