The food itself is built for halls and folding tables. Big trays of chicken and beef shawarma, falafel, hummus, rice, salad, pickles, and stacks of warm pita — a line that serves fast, stretches honestly, and leaves people full. For events with serving volunteers, we'll walk your team through the table setup so the line flows; for drop-and-go, everything arrives arranged and labeled.

Mixed crowds are the defining feature of community events — different tastes, different dietary rules, kids, elders, everyone at once. Our answer is a crowd-friendly menu that works for mixed groups: chicken and beef shawarma that pleases the widest possible table, falafel and a full vegetarian spread for meatless guests, and every tray labeled clearly so the line moves without questions.
If your event has specific requirements — meat and vegetarian tables kept separate, ingredient lists posted, no pork anywhere in the operation (there isn't, ever) — tell us when you book and we'll set up exactly to spec. Hospitality means everyone at the table eats with confidence, and we take that as seriously as the seasoning.
Big-Batch Logistics, Handled
A 150-person fundraiser is a different animal from a 20-person lunch, and we plan it that way. Large orders get booked about a week out so we can stack spits against your headcount. Delivery is timed to your program — if the meal follows a 1 PM service, the trays land at 12:40, hot. We bring serving utensils, stands, and enough pita that the end of the line eats as well as the front.
Recurring events are where we really earn our keep: monthly community dinners, weekly programs, annual festivals. Once we've done your event once, the second time is a phone call. Can you keep meat and vegetarian tables separate?+
Yes — vegetarian trays are packed and labeled separately as standard, and we'll set up distinct serving tables and post ingredient lists if your event needs them.
How much notice do you need for a large event?+
About a week for 100-plus headcounts so we can stack spits against your number. Smaller community gatherings can usually be handled on 48 hours' notice.
Do you provide serving utensils and setup?+
Yes — utensils, tray stands, and labels come standard on large orders. We'll arrange the serving line ourselves or walk your volunteers through the setup, whichever your event needs.
