We're a Glendale shop, which means we know exactly what an Armenian wedding asks of its food: abundance, generosity, and quality that holds up in front of the toughest food critics on earth — the aunties. Whether it's a 300-guest reception hall celebration or an engagement party in a backyard on the hill, we cater at the scale and the standard the occasion demands.

Our spits are stacked by hand and carved fresh, the meat is marinated overnight, and the toum is made in-house — the kind of garlic sauce that gets asked about by name. We're not a banquet kitchen pushing hotel chicken. We're the neighborhood shawarma shop, brought to your celebration.

The Live Carving Station as a Moment

Here's what actually happens when the spit comes to a wedding: it becomes a location. Guests gather around it. Photos happen in front of it. The carver works through the serving window slicing chicken and beef to order, and the line at the station has better energy than any buffet table ever managed. It's dinner and entertainment occupying the same square footage.

The Live Spit package includes the vertical spit, a dedicated carver, the full spread of sides — falafel, hummus, salads, rice, warm pita, pickles, garlic and tahini sauces — plus setup, service through your window, and breakdown. Your venue tells us where the station goes; we handle every other detail.

Plated, Station, or Both

Not every wedding wants a single format, and we don't force one. Some couples run the live station as the main event. Others do plated or family-style service for the seated dinner and bring the spit out later as a late-night station — which, frankly, is a power move, because shawarma at 11 PM after three hours of dancing is the best version of shawarma that exists. We'll plan the format around your timeline, your venue's service style, and your guest count.

Engagement parties, khosk-kap gatherings, and rehearsal dinners are usually a lighter lift — full-spread trays delivered hot, or a smaller station setup — and we cater those constantly.

Wedding dates, especially spring and summer Saturdays, book out weeks ahead, so the earlier you come in, the more we can promise.
