Who's here after midnight
Walk in at 1 AM on a Saturday and you'll see all of Glendale: servers and bartenders just off shift, the crowd spilling out of shows at the Alex Theatre, students mid-cram, production crews who wrapped late in Burbank, and at least one table that swears this was 'just a quick stop' an hour ago.
Late night is not an afterthought for us — it's half the reason Patar exists. We staff for it, we stack the spit for it, and we keep the fryer hot for it.
What to order late
The mixed shawarma wrap is the house call at midnight — chicken and beef off the same spit, double garlic sauce, extra pickles. If you're feeding a car full of people, the family combo gets everyone fed out of one bag.
And get the fries inside the wrap. Day-shift customers debate this; the 1 AM crowd settled it years ago.
Getting here at night
We're at 625 E Colorado St — metered street parking is free after 8 PM and the block is well-lit. DoorDash and Uber Eats run until close most nights if the couch has already won. Call (747) 377-0707 on your way and your order comes off the spit as you pull up.

Are you really open until 2 AM every night?+
Yes — 11 AM to 2 AM, seven days a week. If a holiday changes anything we post it on Instagram @patar.shawarma.
Is the food still fresh that late?+
The spit turns and gets carved to order until close. We stack what the night needs, so the last wrap of the night comes off the same fire as the first.
Can I get delivery at 1 AM?+
Usually, yes — DoorDash and Uber Eats run until around 1:30–2 AM depending on drivers in your area. Pickup is guaranteed until 2.
